It's starting to warm up a little, so the past couple of nights we've been taking a walk when Danny gets home from work. It's been nice to get outside as well as spend that time together as a family with no other distractions. Yesterday we went for a walk along a trail that we didn't even know existed, yet we live 8 blocks from it. Tonight we walked along the Provo River Trail and stopped at 2 of the parks along the way for the kids to swing and slide and play. They are loving the adventure of playing with sticks and running along the trails, chasing each other. Plus, it doesn't hurt that all the walking is exercise that is not boring.
Maddie is a HAM. She loves the camera. Every time I would go to take a picture, she would stop, pose and say "Cheese" then after, the clicking noise of the camera, she'd say "got it"! I love her.
Ethan and Maddie went on the dual slides a couple times to "race" each other to the bottom. Ethan totally understood that they were racing, but Maddie was just having a blast with the sliding.
