So, I'm upstairs, deep cleaning the bedrooms/bathroom and I come downstairs to this:

Yes, that IS sidewalk chalk ALL over the carpet!!!!! Ethan says "Mommy, me and baby did it. It's blue." Yes, Ethan it definitely is BLUE. ALL OVER THE BRAND NEW CARPET!!! At first, I was upset with our landlord for choosing this awful carpet that shows everything but, now, I am going to hold my tongue. With an hour of scrubbing and a cramped hand, I was able to get it all out. If it had have been a lighter color, we'd probably have a hefty bill of recarpeting the downstairs. NOTE TO SELF: Never leave sidewalk chalk out for two small children to get into without supervision.
